At VLONE, we strive for perfection in every garment, but we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. We offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the box to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
